Section 1 – Shipping
- Shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
- We ship Worldwide. In the event that we are unable to deliver an item to you, we will contact you directly and immediately refund you. If you’re unsure, please enquire prior to placing your order.
- You will receive a confirmation email, containing a tracking ID. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for the tracking information to show. If you find any issues with your tracking codes please contact us ([email protected]).
- Most items are dispatched within 12 hours. It will take up to 5-12 business days for the delivery of your order. Please consider any holidays or other force majeure situations that might impact delivery times and extend our average delivery times by additional 14 business days.
- We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers between our carrier to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges.
- You will need your order number from your confirmation email when making an inquiry.
Section 2 – Delivery
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time. Please email us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address within 12 hours.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
- Not accepting the purchase is a violation of the agreement and the purchase will not be refunded.
